New Lycamobile PLUS Top-up

Online top-up

1. Register your Lycamobile PLUS sim and receive your My Lycamobile login details via e-mail
2. Login to your My Lycamobile account and select Top-up Online!
3. Select the amount you would like to top-up and complete your purchase with a credit card or debit card
4. Once your transaction is completed successfully your Lycamobile will be automatically topped up

IVR top-up

1. Register your Lycamobile PLUS sim and receive your My Lycamobile login details via e-mail
2. Login to your My Lycamobile account and select Top-up Online!
3. Select the amount you would like to top-up and complete your purchase with a credit card or debit card
4. Once your transaction is completed successfully your Lycamobile will be automatically topped up
5. Once you complete this successful transaction online, in the future you can directly top-up via our IVR
6. Dial 321 from your Lycamobile
7. Choose option 1 to top-up
8. Choose option 5 to top-up via credit card or debit card
9. Enter the last 6 digits of you card number – these should be the same as the last 6 digits of the card used for the 1st transaction online on www.lycamobile.co.uk
10. Confirm the last 6 digits of the card in use and the select the top-up amount
11. Once the transaction is successfully completed your Lycamobile will be automatically topped up

Auto Top-up

1. Register your Lycamobile PLUS sim and receive your My Lycamobile login details via e-mail
2. Login to your My Lycamobile account and select Auto Top-up!

To set up Autop top-up, you need to

• Log on to MY LYCAMOBILE
• Do a top-up using your debit or credit card.

While processing a payment, please select the Auto Top-up service and set the minimum level of credit you want on your phone at all times. You can also choose from £5, £10, or £20 for your top-up. When your credit falls below your minimum level, your phone will automatically be topped-up.
