How to buy

If you are not currently a Lycamobile customer order a free SIM and be sure to top-up with enough credit

Using your Lycamobile SIM, dial *139*Bundle code# (e.g. *139*29200# for All in One 29) or text the bundle code (e.g. 35200 for All in One 35) to 3535

If you don’t have enough credit to buy the bundle you will be prompted to top-up and try again

You will receive a confirmation message shortly after buying your bundle stating that it has been applied to your account. You should wait for this message before starting to use your bundle allowance.
Auto-renewal (applies to purchases from 25 January 2013)
We will automatically renew your bundle once it expires – all you have to do is stay topped-up and we will take the cost of the bundle and any sharers from your credit (we will remind you to top-up and give you the option of not renewing your bundle).
Auto-renewal cancellation
To cancel the auto renewal, you have two options:

Dial *190# before the expiry date and follow the instructions OR

Call Customer Services for free on 353 before the expiry date.
Please note that any auto- renewal cancellation request made on or after the expiry date will not be accepted.
Terms & Conditions for All in One Bundles
Lycamobile All in One Bundle (‘the offer’) allowances are for calls and texts from the UK to standard UK landline (starting 01,02 or 03) and to other UK mobile numbers, to standard international landline and mobile numbers, and for mobile internet usage in the UK. Other usage will be charged at standard rates. Unlimited usage is subject to a fair usage of 3000 minutes/texts/MB per month per SIM. Usage in excess of your fair usage allowance will be charged at standard rates.
Allowances are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Calls are rounded up to the nearest minute for the purpose of calculating remaining allowances. A customer may have only one offer on their account and may not buy another during the 30 day validity period. Any remaining allowance after 30 days will not be carried over into the next 30 day period should the customer renew their bundle. Lycamobile reserves the right to replace or amend the offer or these Terms & Conditions or to withdraw the offer at any time on reasonable notice.
Note that promotional credit (credit which Lycamobile has given to customers for free) cannot be used towards purchasing a bundle.
The offer is for non-commercial, private, personal use only - Lycamobile reserves the right to withdraw or suspend the offer or to disconnect you if we suspect that offer is being used for commercial purposes, for conferencing, or if it is not being used in a handset (in a SIM box for example), or if it is being used for tethering.
Promotional period: the offer is valid from 26th November 2012 until
31st May 2013.
