Auto renewal
We will automatically renew your bundle once it expires – all you have to do is stay topped-up (we will remind you to top-up and give you the option of not renewing your bundle) charge for the bundle will be deducted from your main balance at the time of auto renewal of the bundle. The Auto renewal only applies for customers, who have bought the bundles on or after 25 January 2012,
Auto renewal cancelation:
To cancel the auto renewal, you have two options:

Dial *190# before the expiry date and follow the instructions OR

Call Customer Services for free on 353 before the expiry date.
Please note that any auto-renewal cancellation request made on or after the expiry date will not be accepted.
Terms and Conditions
Lycamobile data value pack are offered in £5 ,£7.50, £10 & £12 plans. Data value packs are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase of the pack. Any unused data will expire after 30 days from the date of purchase.
This promotion is valid from 01/12/2012 until 31/05/2013.
This offer may be withdrawn at any time in full or in part at the absolute discretion of Lycamobile UK Ltd.
Usage beyond the Up/Download limit is free for browsing Social networks ( Eg: Facebook), standard web pages & viewing emails, but 9p/MB for music and video streaming, upload & downloads and file sharing.
To activate a bundle/pack the customer must have a minimum balance of 20p on his account in addition to the cost of the bundle, i.e. if the customer wants to activate the £5 bundle he must have minimum £5.20 on his account.
