How to buy

1. If you are not currently a Lycamobile customer order your free SIM and be sure to top-up with enough credit.
2. Using your Lycamobile SIM, dial *139*Bundle code# (e.g. *139*10544# for National 5) or text the bundle code (e.g. 12044 for National 20) to 3535.
3. If you don’t have enough credit to buy the bundle you will be prompted to top-up and try again.
4. You will receive a confirmation message shortly after buying your bundle stating that it has been applied to your account. You should wait for this message before starting to use your   bundle allowance.

Auto renewal

We will automatically renew your bundle once it expires – all you have to do is stay topped-up (we will remind you to top-up and give you the option of not renewing your bundle) charge for the bundle will be deducted from your main balance at the time of auto renewal of the bundle. The Auto renewal only applies for customers, who have bought the bundles on or after 25 January 2012,
 

Auto renewal cancelation:

To cancel the auto renewal, you have two options:

• Dial *190# before the expiry date and follow the instructions OR
• Call Customer Services for free on 353 before the expiry date.

Please note that any auto-renewal cancellation request made on or after the expiry date will not be accepted.
 


Terms & Conditions for National Bundles

Lycamobile National Bundle (‘the offer’) inclusive allowances are for calls and texts from the UK to standard UK landline (starting 01,02 or 03) and other UK mobile numbers, and for mobile internet usage in the UK. Other usage will be charged at standard rates. Unlimited usage is subject to a fair usage of 3000 minutes/texts/MB per month per SIM. Usage in excess of your allowance will be charged at standard rates.
Allowances are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Calls are rounded up to the nearest minute for the purpose of calculating remaining allowances. A customer may have only one offer on their account and may not buy another during the 30 day validity period. Any remaining allowance after 30 days will not be carried over into the next 30 day period should the customer repurchase their bundle.

Lycamobile reserves the right to replace or amend the offer or these Terms & Conditions or to withdraw the offer at any time on reasonable notice.

Note that promotional credit (credit which Lycamobile has given to customers for free) cannot be used towards purchasing a bundle.
The offer is for non-commercial, private, personal use only - Lycamobile reserves the right to withdraw or suspend the offer or to disconnect you if we suspect that offer is being used for commercial purposes, for conferencing, or if it is not being used in a handset (in a SIM box for example),  or if it is being used for tethering.

Promotional period: the offer is valid from 26th November 2012 until 31st May 2013.
