Get Started

You can get started with Lycamobile by following these easy steps:

• Insert your Lycamobile SIM Card in your mobile and switch it on.
• You can now make & receive calls and SMS from your Lycamobile.
• Enjoy Lycamobile, if you need assistance refer to the User Guide, or call Customer Services on 322 from your Lycamobile or 02071320322 from another phone.

Top-up your Balance

• You can buy Lycamobile top-up vouchers from your local retailer. The voucher will show a PIN either printed on it or underneath a scratch panel To top up your balance using your Lycamobile in the UK, either:
• Enter *131*PIN#, press send, or
• Dial 321 (or 92#) and follow the instructions.

To top up your balance from another phone, or while you are abroad:

• Dial, by dialling +447404000321 and following the instructions.

Check your Balance

You can check your balance at anytime.

To check your balance using your Lycamobile in the UK, either:

• Enter *131# (or 94#), press send, and your balance will shown on your Lycamobile screen; or.
• Dial 321 (or 95#) and listen to your balance.

To check your balance while you are abroad

• Dial +447404000321 and listen to your balance.

Access Your Voicemail

Your Lycamobile Voicemail service has been automatically activated. Using your Lycamobile Voicemail you can:

• Listen to messages left for you
• Record a welcome message to enable callers to recognise you
• Personalise your voicemail settings
• Select the preferred language for Lycamobile to use
• Set you voicemail access code to access voicemail from other phones
• Access your voicemail from your Lycamobile
• To access your voicemail from your Lycamobile in the UK
• Dial 121 (or 91#)

Using Voicemail When you are Abroad

Once you have set up a Voicemail access code by using your Lycamobile to call the mail voicemail menu following the instructions.

To access your voicemail from another phone or from abroad:

• Dial +447404000121
• Follow the instructions to enter your Lycamobile number.

Choose Your Own Language

You can select the language to be used for your Lycamobile Voicemail and Top up service. To select your preferred language:

• Dial 321(or 92#)
• Select the ‘Settings’ menu.
• Select the ‘Change Language’ option.
• Select your preferred language

Transfer Your Existing Mobile Number to Your Lycamobile

You can view your Lycamobile number on your mobile screen. To have your Lycamobile number displayed:

• Dial *132# or (97#)|

Use your Lycamobile abroad - roaming

You can use your Lycamobile to make and receive calls and SMS in a large number of other countries.
