Method 1:Â Reset to Defaults
A customer can set the APN back to the default Pay Monthly one, by following the steps below.

Tap the Applications keyÂ

Tap SettingsÂ

Tap Mobile NetworkÂ

Tap Access Point NamesÂ
-
Tap the 3 dots on the top right of the screen

Tap Reset to Default
-
Tap Access Point Name again
-
Select lycamobile
-
Tap Access Point Name again
-
Tap the radio button beside the correct APN

Method 2: Entering an APN Manually
- Tap the Applications keyÂ
- Tap SettingsÂ
- Tap Mobile NetworkÂ
- Tap Access Point NamesÂ
- Tap the 3 dots on the top right of the screenÂ
- Tap New APNÂ
- Tap Name then tap the text box and enter lycamobile then tap OKÂ
- Tap APN then tap the text box and enter data.lycamobile.co.uk then tap OKÂ
- Tap Username then tap the text box and enter lmpl then tap OKÂ
- Tap Password then tap the text box and enter plus then tap OKÂ
- Skip past Server as this is preset as Not set
- Tap MCC then tap the text box and enter 234 then tap OKÂ
- Tap MNC then tap the text box and enter 26 then tap OKÂ
- Tap Authentication type and tap PAPÂ

Tap APN type and type default
- Press the 3 Dots on the top right of the screenÂ
- Tap SaveÂ
- Tap the circle next to the new profile so a green dot appears in itÂ

Press the Back key four times to return to the main menu.
