Method 1: Reset to Defaults
A customer can set the APN back to the default Pay Monthly APN by following the steps below:
- Tap the Applications key
- Tap Settings
- Tap Mobile Network
- Tap Access Point Names
- Tap the 3 dots on the top right of the screen
- Tap Reset to Default
- Tap Access Point Name again
- Select lycamobile
- Tap Access Point Name again
- Tap the radio button beside the correct APN.
Method 2: Entering an APN Manually
- Tap the Applications key
- Tap Settings
- Tap Mobile Network
- Tap Access Point Names
- Tap the 3 dots on the top right of the sceen
- Tap New APN
- Tap Name then tap the text box and enter lycamobile then tap OK
- Tap APN then tap the text box and enter data.lycamobile.co.uk then tap OK
- Tap Username then tap the text box and enter lmpl then tap OK
- Tap Password then tap the text box and enter plus then tap OK
- Skip past Server as this is preset as Not setÂ
- Tap MCC then tap the text box and enter 234 then tap OKÂ
- Tap MNC then tap the text box and enter 26 then tap OK
- Tap Authentication type and tap PAP
- Tap APN type and type default
- Press the 3 dots on the top right of the screen
- Tap Save
- Tap the circle next to the new profile so a green dot appears in it
- Press the Back key four times to return to the main menu.
