Refund Claim

Roaming within the EEA is surcharge free. This means you can use your mobile services such as calls, SMS and data within the EEA the same way you use at home. You are free to use your bundles purchased in the UK without additional surcharges when you travel within the EEA territory. If you have roamed within the EEA between 15th June 2017 and 31st January 2019 for a single period, you could be eligible for a refund for voice, SMS or data usage whilst you held an active UK bundle.

EEA countries Includes: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.

You would have been automatically refunded if you were roaming during this period with the EEA, also you would have been notified via text. If you have not received your refund and if you still think that you could be eligible for a refund, please fill in the refund form and click Submit to complete your request. Please note that it is important that you provide all requested information and your contact details. It will take up to 10 working days for us to process your refund. Once the refund is being calculated and refunded back to your account, we will confirm via text message.The last day to submit your refund request is 30th October 2019.
