Pay Monthly West Ham United Fan Plans:
Available to new and existing customers taking a 12 month pay monthly or 30 day pay as you go plan. Each plan entitles you to be entered into the monthly West Ham prize draw.

Three West Ham United Fan Plans allowed per household. Pay as you go customers must keep auto-renewal on to remain eligible for entry into the monthly prize draw and register their SIM in order to be contactable should they win a prize. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, unless otherwise stated.

West Ham United Fan Plan Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
2. Upon subscription to one of our West Ham Plans (either pay as you go or pay monthly) you will be automatically entered into the prize draw each month, one entry per number (up to a maximum of 3).
3. The closing date of the monthly prize draw is the 1st of each month.
4. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when purchasing online, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete purchases and any incomplete purchases will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason. Only orders placed on our website, www.LycaMobile.co.uk/whu, qualify for this offer. Entries sent through any third parties will not be accepted or will be void if found to have been entered.
5. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on the second Monday of each month (or as soon as practicable thereafter) for twelve months, from March 2023 until April 2024.
6. Each month one winner will receive one of:
• Signed West Ham United official merchandise such as t-shirt or football with signatures from at least twelve (12) first team players. • A pair of general-admission match tickets in the home section of the London Stadium. Tickets are subject to availability - specific matches and seat selection cannot be requested. Match tickets are non-transferrable. West Ham United have the right to refuse entry at their sole discretion. Winners and their guest will be expected to make their own travel arrangements and meet their own cost of travel. • An invitation for the winner plus guest to ‘Meet the Players’ (The Experience): at one of the West Ham Meet the Players events. The players involved in the ‘Meet the Players’ experience will be selected by the West Ham United Partnerships team at their sole discretion. The Experience will consist of a minimum of three First Team players and last no longer than 30 minutes with the players. The Experience will be fully created by West Ham United Partnerships team and the location of The Experience will be decided solely by West Ham United. The winner and their guest will be expected to make their own travel arrangements and meet their own cost of travel.
7. The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using their Lyca telephone number) within 7 days of the draw. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 48 hours of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
8. The prize will be sent to the winner by post within 30 days of being notified of their win.
9. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
10. The prize is supplied by West Ham United Limited, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London, E20 2ST (the "Supplier"). The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
11. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
12. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails socialmedia@lycatel.com or writes to Brand & Comms, Lycamobile UK Limited, 195 Marsh Wall, London, E14 9SG. (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 3. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
13. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
15. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
16. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Notice - Lycamobile. See also condition 2 with regard to the announcement of winners.
17. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
